In our last report we shared that this training was one of the most successful trainings we have ever conducted. Things have only gotten better!
Ancient Promise has been working in Tanzania for the past 15 years. We have been developing a leadership team that could teach others to know the Gospel of the Kingdom of God using our teaching materials. We have taught church leaders and Bible College teachers how to study the Bible and communicate the meaning that God intended to their people. During this trip we have seen the Tanzania team step up to a new level where they are now creating plans to take the training to 4 different regions of Tanzania, literally blanketing the nation with the Truth. They will be working within Bible Colleges and at the village level to bring the church in Tanzania back to the Truth of God. They are developing a plan that no longer depends on API in the US and they will be both financially and structurally independent of the US. We (the US team) will continue to bring new materials and programs, but the team will move those materials to the field.
As most of you know, it has become necessary for my husband and I to take a step back from the intense work of the last 15 years, but to our great joy the American team and the international teams have stepped up. Without me and John, API teams are still going to India, Mexico, and Kenya in the upcoming months. We are so deeply blessed to see what God is doing.
Two training centers and a Bible College are being built. Materials are being translated. Teachers are being prepared. God continues to accomplish what only He can accomplish.
